With a background in finance from Imperial College London and a track record working with development organisations such as the African Development Bank, European Union, and USAID, he specialises in structuring and evaluating high-impact projects across emerging markets. With expertise in financial modelling, value chain development, and advisory on donor-funded infrastructure and green economy initiatives, he has supported many financial institutions and corporates raise capital for business development across Africa.

Frank is an ex bank official with over 40 years of banking and leadership experience leading teams in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Treasury, Risk Management, Banking Operations, Administration and Technology. He worked for various local Banks and regional Banks that include Barclays Bank and Ecobank in Zimbabwe where he was responsible for overseeing the Operations and Technology teams in the SADC region. Following his retirement from active Banking, Frank focusses on family businesses in Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Farming and Financial Advisory Services. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe and holds an MBA in Banking and Finance and is a board member and Trustee.
